Our Story
Two Trades, One Roof
Keystone Site & Concrete Inc. was formed to combine two trades that commercial and municipal GCs almost always have to coordinate separately: excavation and concrete. Luke Faust brings civil engineering training and municipal contract experience; Randy Lesher brings hands-on concrete construction leadership. Together they run every Keystone job personally, from the first site visit to final walkthrough.

President
B.S. Civil Engineering, Penn State. Worked at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic (HRG) before founding Schuylkill Excavating LLC in 2018 — direct fluency in civil engineering design, municipal contract requirements, and specifications.
Randy Lesher
Vice President
Owns and operates C&L Concrete LLC since 2017, and previously spent 10+ years as a Superintendent for Miller Bros Construction — vast, hands-on knowledge of all aspects of concrete work.
